By using our website, accessing the booking system, or scheduling any cleaning service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Booking

Description of Services

JVS Home Cleaning Services provides professional residential cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in/move‑out cleaning, and apartment/condo cleaning within Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. The scope of each service is defined on the booking form and may be subject to limitations (e.g., height or weight restrictions).

Online Booking Deposit

To secure an appointment booked online, a non‑refundable $50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee:

• Confirms and secures your appointment on our schedule.
• Is applied toward the total cost of your cleaning service.
• Is non‑refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness to our teams and other clients, we enforce the following policies:

• Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule request.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the reserved service cost.
• No‑Show Charge: If the team arrives and cannot access the home due to client error, the full cost of the service may be charged.
• Booking Fee: The $50 booking fee is always non‑refundable and is not waived under any circumstance.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined based on the size of your home and the level of service selected via our booking system. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Pricing: Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the booking details.
• Online Booking Fee: A mandatory $50 non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve any appointment booked online.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards. Payments are securely processed by a third‑party provider (Stripe/Zenbooker) and are not stored on our servers.

4. Responsibility and Liability

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re‑clean the affected areas at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued without first allowing us the opportunity to correct the work.

Limitations of Liability

JVS Home Cleaning Services carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our team. Our liability for any claim is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.

• Valuables: Clients are responsible for securing or removing cash, jewelry, heirlooms, and other irreplaceable items before the appointment.
• Pre‑Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre‑existing defects or items that are improperly secured.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of JVS Home Cleaning Services or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.

7. SMS Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and texting JVS Home Cleaning Services at +1 (346) 521‑4815, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from us. These messages are transactional in nature and include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew dispatch notifications, and post‑service follow‑ups. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.

How to Opt In

Consent is provided by initiating a text message to our number (+1 346‑521‑4815) or by providing your mobile number through our online booking form at bookings.jvshomecleaning.com. No purchase is required to opt in.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent. Reply START at any time to re‑subscribe.
